Copying existing WinXP installation from single PATA drive to RAID drive

I have winXP installed on a 'regular' single IDE drive (ide channel 0) on a system with a Gigabyte K8NS Ultra 939 mobo. Now I've installed a couple of other PATA drives on IDE channel 1 and put them in a miror RAID array.

So far, so good. I then ghosted the image from the single drive to the RAID miror drive, and tried to boot from the mirrored drive, but no go.

I know when you install winxp from scratch onto a RAID drive or SCSI drive you have to use the F6 option to install the drivers... But how does one transfer an existing installation from a regular to a raid device??

The IDE raid on the mobo is based on nvraid (nvidia controller), so I assumed the drivers would already have been installed in windows with the chipset drivers. Guess that's not the case.

Anyone done this before??
