Copying Analog video

I am going to be copying my old VHSc tapes to DVD and was curious about how to go about it. I have a TI4200 that only has Video out. Can I just buy a PCI pc/tv card and do it that was or do I need to get a different video card?

I don't think you need a new vid card, just a video capture thing. Like ATi's TV wonder PCI that doesn't replace your vid card and only takes up a pci slot or something similar to that. Cheapest place to get the ATi TV wonder is HERE.
