Copycat forums?

Imagine my surprise, when one of MY forum posts pops up during a search. Only, it's not this forum. WTF?

Can't anything be done about these sites? Can I send them a DMCA letter to force them to remove the post? It's missing all attribution, that I can see, although there is a link at the bottom to go to the original forum thread.

Except, they're actually replicating the topic contents, and not just indexing it and linking directly to it, like a real search engine like Google does.

So what happens is, eventually, this "ForumSee" crap site, gets a higher pagerank than the sites it is "aggregating".

You don't see that to be a problem?

No. As you can see at the top, it still references the source. Only way to prevent it is to lock the site down to only members that are logged in. Bots be damned.
