copy Vista from raptor raid-0 to one big raptor HD

I currently have 2 raptors raid 0 load with vista ultimate. but i need a larger rapter like the 150gb but can't afford the raid option agian. What is the step to copy everything from the current raid setup to one single SATAII drive?

WD lifegaurd has tools to move the data from drive to drive including the MBR for boot with the OS, or you could use Acronis True Image.
