I Lost my cd but i have my cd key, is there any where i can down XP and burn a new disk?

There are some fly-by-nite deals. Your best solution, since you have the key, is to call Microsoft and have them send you the XP CD slipstreamed with SP3 for about $11.

IIRC zanejohnson has a pretty fast FTP and has offered XP replacement ISOs for download before. Maybe try shooting him a PM.
