Copy my Spotify Library to a new computer?

Hey Guys, quick question.

I just bought a new surface book. On my old computer, I've got about 20 GB of Spotify Music downloaded.

I know that these files are copy protected for piracy reasons, but i'm on a metered LTE internet connection so I really don't want to download all of these files again.

Is there any way I can copy everything from the AppData folder to my new PC, then have the files show up as downloaded when I log into Spotify? Or is this something that copy protection would prevent?
