Copy multiple disks to one disk?

I use and love Carbon Copy Cloner and, sometimes, SuperDuper. However, what I currently need as an app that lets me pick entire (or certain parts of) multiple disks to copy to another disk. (i.e. I have three 500gb disks that I want to copy to one 2tb disk in one fell swoop.)

I meant to ask this before...

Do you want clones of all of them or just to copy the data over to the 2tb? How are the drives connected? Doing them one at a time could be faster depending on how they are hooked up.

I kinda figured out how to do them one at a time with CCC.

To answer your questions:
I just want all the data and the drives are all connected to the computer via USB.

I just gotta think there is a way to dump all the data from a number of drives to one drive...

Thanks.

Oh, there certainly is, I have considered it once or twice myself, but if they are all hooked up over USB... that is going to take a while.

How do you do it? I got time.

I think it is rsync in terminal, but I never really got around to it. After losing data too many times in transfers due to roommate error, I am a little bit paranoid when copying between multiple drives now.

I know what you mean. I have put the fear of G-d in my family members about touching anything on my desk at home.

Oh well, I did find a way to merge data, just not all at once.
