I have a HP Pavilion ze5250 laptop. Online manual of this product is at: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfr...;lc=en&dlc=en&
The problem is: When I try to start, it does not reach till "Login" page. It stops before login page appears. I get a blue screen where "Microsoft Windows XP" is written in the middle.
To solve the problem, I can use recovery CD and reformat everything (Laptop has just one partition C
. In this way I will loose all my personal data. I have about 1 GB of personal data.
I have other desktop/laptops available. can I copy my files from internal HD of problem laptop some where else?
