This is as bad or worse than drunk driving. They should have cracked down on it a long time ago, but the telephone companies keeps paying off politicians.

Actually, no. Reading a quick text message does not have as large of an impact as composing a text message.

I actually agree with you and the others that replied to my texts (other than OP Julez) but I just got all fired up because of the OP talking about the device that should be placed in cars to jam cell phones.
