It wouldn't be Mardi Gras without the female bare chest. One woman who flashed her breasts from her apartment above the street received a quick visit from Seattle police. The woman, police said, thought the act was legal since she was in her home. She was mistaken.

i'm glad that they're there to prevent beatings and whatnot, but i think that is going overboard... violation of my rights! 😀

Same type of warning was in the weekend St. Louis paper concerning their Mardi Gras celebration.................seems the same tradition was begining here last year and the cops want to "Block The Boobies"...............😉
