I know how some people feel about Live Leak stuff here (or is that World Starr...?)

Man in a wheelchair in Delaware first shot by police, then told to put hands up, doesn't (or can't after being shot), then shot shot to death after failing to comply.

Who knows? Could be a valid shooting, could be not. A mom defending her son isn't solid evidene since moms generally deny their children's wrongdoing. "My son could never have done x!" - moms throughout history

"Cummings said officers responded to a 911 call Wednesday about a man with a self-inflicted gunshot wound who was armed."

"When officers arrived, he said, they repeatedly told him to put down his weapon and raise his arms.

McDole did not comply and reached for his waistband for a handgun, Cummings said. When McDole began to remove the gun, four officers opened fire. The chief said police found a .38 caliber gun at McDole’s side."
