No doubt there are some sick people in this world. They should place this sorry motherfucker in an industrial washing machine and end his life the same way he ended this poor boys life.
 
It's like I said in the thread about the little chinese girl who was hit by two cars and left in the street: Since having kids, I've become a sentimental pussy about this sort of thing.

What could possess someone to treat a child this way. Children can be misbehaved, almost calculatedly so, and I can see cases for corporal punishment. But if I ever had the impulse to actually harm my toddler for harm's sake, I'd check myself into a lunatic asylum.
 
"Tough love" is important.. and, in some respects, essential to raising children that become responsible and productive adults, but you cannot forget the "love" part.

People treat their children this way all the time. Do you know how many people are lining up to give their boys an hpv shot? Yes, boys, who dont even have a frickin cervix, are going to be subjected to all the side effects of that shot just because some mass marketing campaign told them it was the right thing to do. There are countless other examples of parents who torture their own children for no rational reason. Things like circumcision.

Me too.

Just as my toddler was learning to crawl/roll around and already communicating and expressing interest in everything, I read an article about another toddler who was killed in a day care center from being thrown to the floor - just before he died he crawled to his favorite bouncy chair and curled up into a ball with his favorite blanket and just... died. I was at work when I read it and I almost started bawling.

Actually now I'm almost bawling just recalling it. Okay bye

HPV causes a whole array of conditions beyond cervical cancer, even in men. Whether or not the vaccine works I can't say but it isn't any different than any other vaccination in regards to "torture".

I'd tend to agree that children should not be getting cosmetic penis surgeries though.

The same strains of HPV that cause cervical cancer are responsible for a rise in oral cancer. What exactly are "all the side effects" of this vaccine? More anti-vaccer hysteria.

Comparing genital surgery on children before they can consent to reduce hiv rates among ultra high risk groups that have much less intrusive and much more effective alternatives to vaccines that have negligible side affects and stops a disease that is much more wide spread and difficult to detect is a bit off.
 
When I read this kind of thing I cant help but think of cruel and unusual ways of ridding the world of this guy. I know I shouldnt think this way but damn, I just cant imagine the suffering this poor little toddler went through even before this incident.
