Cops caught pepper-spraying handcuffed 15-year-old girl after she was hit by a car

That link was biased. She hit the car on her bike. Still think cops should carry candy bars for kids who are distraught.
 
Yeah, girl was likely responsible for the crash, then was hostile and belligerent when the police wanted to ask her questions about it. And tried to leave the scene. So...
 
Anyone who can suffer through that atrocious video and still say she's little miss 'innocent' who should be "given a candy bar" and sent on her merry way (to smoke her pot) is peddling blatant police hate... (oh so common among the UberLeft 'progressives' today.)
 
She was distraught for whatever reason. Pepper Spraying probably wasn't necessary, but she was given ample warning about it. I don't think what the Cops did was wrong, perhaps a little impatient at the end, but she'll be fine, so nothing to fret over.

Girl was knocked unconscious from the crash. Erratic behavior after a likely concussion is to be expected.
