It's a popular topic they disagree with. And it fits a particular segment of people. No matter what the topic may be, someone is going to hate what someone else does. Whether it's cursing, pre-marital sex, butt-sex, or any other number of things.

I am not saying it isn't hateful, but it is most definitely a popular topic in religious beliefs, and is therefor protected as freedom of religion. Not saying I agree with it, but you can't silence their beliefs if they don't harm anyone physically, which they do not (as far as I know).

And while I don't disagree with their right to believe it, or discuss it in private, or in church, on the street outside a gay persons funeral they don't have the right to scream hate.

No, what they do is that they show up at funerals and taunt the mourning widow, children and relatives exclaiming "they deserved to die" "god is glad they are dead" and so on.

I'm saying that i don't think you have the right to infringe on peoples right to bury their dead in peace and i am CERTAIN that free speech was NEVER intended to be used to do that.

Actually, they don't go to gay persons funerals, they go to soldiers funerals. See they believe that those soldiers should die because they are defending a nation WBC hates, America, because America doesn't forbid homosexuality.

I was sure they went to gay funerals and weddings... I know they go to soldiers funerals too, and I have a massive issue with that, but either way picketing funerals is the act of someone with no soul.

LOL, it's kinda pathetic that we have to go through this little exercise when you know full well what I meant. Yes, I'm fully aware of the limitations to free speech in the US. And yes, it is blatantly obvious that these limitations are not what neckbeard had in mind while thinking up his moronic diatribes. It's clear that ol' neckbeard would relish a world in which certain groups with opposing viewpoints than his would be silenced, and it is to that point I felt inclined to respond. And yes, you know all of this, and yet decided to argue semantics, and I refer you back to the first sentence of this response.

It's ok though, I'm bored and don't have much better to do than watch as you fellate ol' neckbeard's half chub wind sock until he's hard again and ready to get back to his trolling ways.

I don't understand where people get this ridiculous belief that the police can just magically "go get a warrant" whenever they want and detain you indefinitely until they have one. A warrant requires probable cause, and if the officer has probable cause he can simply search your car without asking for your permission and without a warrant.

The belief that consenting will take less time is yet another fantasy. In the vast majority of cases, the officer has no probable cause to search and consequently no ability to do anything but let you leave. Refusing the search saves your time and your dignity and provides important legal protections. You have effectively no recourse if you or your property are mistreated during a consensual search.

Only a fool will confidently claim that he is doing nothing illegal. People have been arrested for purchasing Zyrtec and Mucinex in the same week, for owning a car with a compartment in the trunk and for selling ziplock bags. The odds are already stacked against you; don't be an idiot by forfeiting what few protections you have.

You're an idiot, I think that everyone should have the right to they're opinion, whether it differs from mine or not (Most people's do) there is a huge difference to a differing opinion and spreading hate, if you can't see that. Maybe you've got some kind of learning disability and I apologise for calling you an idiot.
