does anyone have this in their loop and how well does it work?

I have a kill coil and I'm still getting a white film on the inside of my tubes. I've been thinking of adding it to my loop along with the kill coil.

The white film on inside of your tubes is likely plasticizer, not a growth. If your using any tubing other than what is labeled plasticizer free like tygon b44-3 (beverage tubing) or primochill pro LRT, it will have plasticizer and coat the walls in a white precipitate like here: http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showpost.php?p=6882877&postcount=4

What is the white film? Are you using distilled water or tap water?

distilled with a silver coil and 3 drops of copper sulfate.

Rge as he said is plasticizer...

it comes from the tubing.

Any cheap tubing will have plasticizer leech in it.
Its what makes the tubing soft and highly bendable.

The more expensive tubing uses something else, so you dont get tubing clouding as fast as the cheap tubing.

Typically u wont see clouding on tubing until u go at least 3 months... less if u constantly drain and refill.
