copper HS need 60mm fan

Hey I have a gladiator Heatsink which is all copper. The Delta fan is really loud so I want to get a quieter fan, but I don't know what to do exactly because copper pulls heat well but doesn't radiate it well, so the fan has to blow a lot. I don't really know if I should blow toward or away or whether an adapter would work. Help!

All depends on your airflow patterns, but I'd say blowing on the heatsink is generally more effective. Get a 60mm Y.S.Tech, it'll work just fine...

I would, but I read a few reviews of the Delta compared to the YSTech where the delta made it 5 degrees cooler than the YSTech, and seeing as how I am using a copper heatsink, I am afraid to go too low.... What do you all think?

what about going from 1 GHZ, I am going to get the YStech as well as the Delta, so I guess I should start with the YS-Tech and if temp gets over (what point?) I could switch to the Delta. What temp do you think?

sorry, I have a 1GHZ and I want to OC as high as possible (I know, this cries Delta) but at 1.33 cuold the YStech work maybe? Like i said it is an all copper HS.
