copied a VCD to my harddrive. now what free software is there to play this?

powerdvd has a mode to watch files off of the hard drive (at least for dvds), you could always use windows media player and open up the .dat files in the mpeg folder

Media Player Classic. Open up the playlist and click and drag to the list - presto! You should be golden.
