They're one of those bands that are even better live than on a recording.

I agree with this. Do not really listen to them as I just can't get into their albums (I l ike certain songs here and there) but I saw them live and it was a lot of fun.

I wish we got something cool like this here; so many good bands on there. Bad Religion being one of my all-time favourites and they are always a super fun show. Would love to see Megadeth again too.

I was about to say... You list some bastardized version of Sepultura, but you aren't bothering to see Clutch? The shame.

So Copenhell 2014 is over and it was a great feast of different metal genres.

Here's a fan video that pretty much sums up what went on there.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKHgTUDwgeg

The best concerts in my opinion were Avatarium (really awesome), Tyr and Dawn of Demise. Other good concerts were Clutch, Behemoth, Iron Maiden and Arch Enemy. The rest of what I saw were a bit meh.

All in in all a very fun couple of days with viking shows, wrestling, beer drinking and METAL!!!

...and getting our ass kicked in Fussball by these "bitches", trying to win beer. (World champions)

While we're talking about Copenhagen...I'll be visiting in just under a month, what should I do/see there? 😀

Depends of your interests but here's some ideas:

Tivoli
Walking the old parts of Copenhagen, specially the shore line
Guided tour at Folketinget (Parliament)

You're the 2nd person who have recommended them to me. I'll better check them out then.
saw them live opening for corrosion of comformity, wasn't impressed.

i wouldnt mind iron maiden, even though they're getting a bit old.
(methinx most people there will go to see obituary)

I was taking a semi nap in the Sun when obituary were playing.

the little mermaid (Even though I don't get why foreigners lose their shit over it)
Christania
and you should definitely take a tour boat to see Copenhagen from the waterway.
Strøget (Mainstreet) but I very much doubt you'll miss it, longest shopping street in northern Europe.
rent one of the new citybikes and see the city like most Danes do, they have GPS to help tourists find their way and an electric motor to help you pedal if you don't have strong danish bike legs*, it's pretty cheap at $4.5/hour (cheaper if you don't use the motor) without a subscription.
have a beer at one of the cafes in Nyhavn.
try out the traditional danish cuisine, for lunch I highly recommend a trip to http://www.idadavidsen.dk/en-gb/cms/Welcome for some danish smørrebrød.
Amelienborg, that's where the Royal family hangs out, you can catch the changing of the guard at noon.

*if you aren't fast enough then follow bike etiquette and make sure you get out of the way, Danes revert to vikings when somebody fucks up on the bike path. We'll yell at you, but wont hurt you because we'll be too busy trying to catch the first ferry to England.

Man I wish I could go to that! I'd love to see Iron Maiden and Monster Magnet. Not to mention the traveling would be fun as hell.

Thanks to the both of you - once I do more research, I'll see if I should take a day out and visit Legoland. Who wants to take me!? 😀 (Oh, and I already have a reservation at Relae; wait listed at noma)
