Of course not. The segregated special protection areas in every prison isn't for criminal cops, but just people who think they were cops.

Because there is a nasty little provision in the Bill of Rights forbidding cruel and unusual punishment. Putting cops in general population with the very criminals they caught would be cruel and unusual punishment. That's why every prison has a special population areas for cops, prosecuters, judges, and politicians and people with communicable diseases.
