In a sensational video filmed apparently by a 13 year old, who caught a police officer saying that "obama has decimated the constitution" which he's surprisingly correct about, but he proceeded to conclude that he and the department doesn't have to follow it either, according to their logic at least; what a treasonous piece of garbage.

Cops need to be reminded who they are working for. Each police jurisdiction should have some sort of an elected civilian oversight/advisory board that has the power to dish out discipline.

I agree that the patriot act violates the constitution, and that obama should be fighting to get it deleted, his failure to fight against injustice in this case is upsetting, however, I believe it is among the many horrors inherited from his predecessors, and attempting to work with a congress who prioritizes obstruction over everything else is not so good.
