A highway patrol trooper in Sandusky County, Ohio, will not face charges after allegations surfaced that he and a pre-teen boy masturbated together five years ago.

Trooper Ricky Vitte Jr. told his wife “he did not want (the boy) to feel pressured on feeling the need to have to have sex with someone, when he can fix those needs by masturbating to porn,” according to a police report. The report says that on two separate occasions Vitte and the boy watched porn and masturbated in unison, with a dresser between them blocking their views of one another, the Sandusky Register reports.

According to the local newspaper, a Sandusky prosecutor declined to seek an indictment “because Vitte might have presented a defense that justified his alleged actions.”

The Sandusky Register reports that Vitte was charged with domestic violence years ago, after spanking his then-girlfriend’s 5-year-old son so hard the boy’s buttocks were left bruised and bleeding.

Friends of mine years ago when I was a teenager would talk about such things very vaguely, I was never sure if they really meant that they jacked off as a group activity while all watching porn together... I never really pressed them for an answer, because I think I was terrified to have it confirmed.

I hope they were messing with me or that I misunderstood what they were referring to.

I don't know, unlike you in everything. That was my first thought, a liberal with no instinctual revulsion at the immorality, but there's such genuflection to authority, is also smells conservative. I can make no sense of it at all.

I'd check to see if they all didn't go to a local catholic church or something. No intention to run catholic folk down but the only way I can explain something like this is secret in group protection of sickos.
