Cop convicted for putting gun to head of innocent man

Just another bad apple I guess. Luckily someone recorded it, otherwise the cop would be free and the innocent black man in jail for crime he didn't' commit.

In what world does a cop think that it is OK put literally put his gun up to someone's forehead? Wonder how many times he has done this without video?

Just another "driving/parking while black" incident with a cop. No crime, but since he's black, cop feels like he can roust an innocent man.

Not recorded in the video, Cunningham testified in court that Santiago later told them, "Y'all gonna learn about officer Santiago today. I just got back from Iraq. I'm not scared of you all." He testified that Santiago also said, "You need to watch your attitude because us P.G. cops, we shoot people."
