Based on a mountain of previous examples, yes, I can say with absolute confidence that I can very easily predict the outcome of the case had there not been video evidence.
Then I bow to your excellence and crystal ball.

Yepper.of course, you cant address anything with actual substance. others are just mean and stupid.
fact still remains, LEO's literally get away with murder more than anyone with a shred of integrity cares to admit.
Public video, body cams, security cams, whatever.....thats the only way LEO's will get prosecuted.
But dont let that stop ya from believing in whatever you want, you know god exists because it feels good, you just "know"....compared with knowing LEO's wont suffer legal consequences without video footage....well, obvious isnt it.
like your religion.
This cop was found not guilty, unreal.

Just following your lead. Anyway I'm done.
my lead? my original post was a valid question....which you didnt want to answer...and you stem on the word "know", and when challenged, you simply choose not to admit the similarity amd instead descend into pointless drivel basically consisting of childish retorts.Just following your lead. Wow!, that video is disturbing..It is somehow lawful to subject a nonviolent person to a deadly game of Simon Says with an assault rifle aimed at him. That video clip looked like a Quentin Tarantino revenge slaughter flick. He couldn’t simply walk over to the guy and see if he had a weapon on him or have another cop come up the other stairway and cuff him from behind or have the guy turn slowly around to get cuffed. He has to emasculate the man and force him to perform tricks like a dog. One of the cops in the video was having trouble following instructions, and he didn't have a gun pointed at him. wtf!..That's the part that really gets me: civilians, with guns pointed at them, are are expected to act calm, cool, and collected at all times. Meanwhile, the ones who are supposedly trained for this are allowed to be scared shitless and nervous. Anyone other than police and they'd be locked up for shooting a man like that. As long as cops keep getting acquitted of murder, they will continue to needlessly kill people in that manner.
“He didn’t want to harm Mr. Shaver... The circumstances that night that were presented led him to conclude that he was in danger. Try to make a decision in one second, life or death. It’s pretty hard.”
Honestly who are these people who end up on juries?
Maybe all police shootings should go to military court instead or something. I just don't know what the solution is.
The fact that the PD withheld the bodycam footage until after the verdict is appalling which I believe is an obstruction of justice. That cop clearly executed Daniel Shaver and this case needs to be reviewed by the state Supreme Court and if that doesn't do it then SCOTUS needs to get involved. The widow and kids should never have to worry about money for the rest of their lives.
Actually this case deserves its own thread.

They have to power to overrule lower courts which is not a new trial but vacating and remanding a verdict. Watching him being executed by a raging cop make me sick inside knowing that so many people in power have tried to protect the cop.Out of curiousity what can SCOTUS do about this case, isn't he protected by double jeopardy? Is it still possible for the Feds to go after him for civil rights violations?
