400w, dual 12v rails, 1 SATA on its own lead, but only 4 molex connectors, probably on 2 leads. Seems like an alright deal for ~$20 AR. Anybody have experience with this PSU?

I'm using a Rosewill 350w right now and it's holding it's own, so I figure the V-400 is bound to be somewhat better?

14A on 12V is not very good, I'd go with a higher end one mabey even the $50 Fortron one @ newegg for only like $50.

Yeah 14A wouldn't be very good for a single rail PSU, but for a dual 12v it's not bad. Even Antec's SP-350 2.0 is spec'd at 10A and 15A, though the Antec is probably of better overall quality. Anybody own one of these V-400s?

I've been lookin at a few Fortron PSUs, I'm not willing to spend $50 on a PSU though. I could've gotten the 350w Fortron from ChiefValue for $32.50 with a coupon, but decided to wait and see if I could get a better deal from FS/T cause I'm a cheapass.

Coolmax isn't one of the trusted brands here at ATOT so I don't think it's worth it.
