How do these power supplies compare to Antec PSUs? Quality is the issue. They are much less expensive than Antec, but i've never had any problems with the Antec.

Thanks for your opinions

I consider Antec True Power, Enermax and ThermalTake PurePower to be the better PSUs you can buy. You get what you pay for.

IN GENERAL you need to spend more than $40 for a quality PSU. In my own personal rigs I won't use anything but Antec True Power.

Lately, for clients, I've been buying the THERMALTAKE Silent PurePower TT-420AD for $45 shipped. They seem to be holding up well. Nice solid voltage numbers and they're pretty quiet: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817153006

Decent price for a decent quality PSU with no fancy bells (plain color, no pretty fans).

because i can get these, they are pritty good prices, i'm just wondering if it would be worth the extra money to get the Antec PSUs

keep in mind these are Canadian prices:
COOLMAX 400w 20pin&24Pin 120mm $66.00
COOLMAX 350w 20pin&24Pin 120mm $56.00

are these good enough quality, or will i be replacing them again?

I have 3 Coolmax PSU's. 2 of the 400W/120mm, and one 450W/120mm. They run just about 24/7, and have yet to let me down. They are quiet, reliable, cheap (check out Buy.com, you you should pay less than $50 for hte 120mm fan versions) oh, and did I mention quiet?
