Coolmax PSU. Are they good?

Ok.. it seems like they are new. I could find some reviews from google, but most of them are simple review, not in detail. I was about to buy Fortron 300W, but I found out they have better spec than Fortron's. Now, I am seriously interested in their 300W or 350W PSU, which I could find for 33 bucks and 37 bucks from Newegg. But again, no review of them whatsoever, so I couldn't decide. Should I go for Fortron as I planned, or Coolmax? How do you think, guys?
