i've done dozens of rebates in my day and have had exactly 1 not paid: guess who it was. they claimed they never received my submission. funny how they don't accept certified mail.

a 30 second email to newegg and they paid it for me which tells me 2 things: 1.) newegg has good customer service 2.) newegg rec'd a lot of complaints about coolmax rebates
