CoolMax 400w vs Antec True

I got an Antec case with the 300w (the better 15+ rail rating version - got another with older 300w),
and using a Athlon XP 1800+ Gigabyte GA7DX (yup the AMD tour prize). I also use a Ti 4200 (128mb 8X version). It was a question mark at the time if that was enough PS to get the job done.
I don't have a load of goodies (yet) but it seems to have sufficed.
But I intend to add one of those TV Tuner cards (either the Leadtek expert or the hauppage winTv401), and also upgrade the mob to likely an ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe so I can continue to use my current CPU (maybe OC it a bit) and get a better XP (maybe 2600 Barton or abouts) later.

I would doubt the current 300w would handle that.
Anyway, I saw the CoolMax deal for turkey day, and the price plus the output, plus the reviews, hypnotized me into pulling the trigger on that, instead of waiting for a deal on an Antec True Power 380.
The 430 True I like best but is just too much mula to put out with my other purchases.
So I wonder now after reading a bit in here some posts, whether the True 380 would still be the better despite the much larger cost $59.50 + 7 ship vs $37 shipped for the coolmax.

Antec users are some of the buyers going by the Coolmax reviews.

Just looking for some opinions on this Coolmax PS.

The 120mm fan deal sounds like it moves air better than normal PS's. I don't care of it being "whisper" quiet as my CPU rigging will likely be heard first.

Thanks.
