Coolmax 400w PSU

I'm looking for a solid PSU to power the following...

Socket 754 A64 mobo
A64 @ ~2.4 ghz
2x512mb PC3200
9500pro for now, w/ a 6800gt in a few months
Audigy LS
1 hdd
1 DVD-RW

is this a good buy for $38 shipped?

The reveiws seem decent on newegg, but I just wanted to know if any of you guys had experience w/ Coolmax.

I really don't know much about that power supply. There are next to no real reviews (non user reviews). I can't imagine a 400w for $38.00 shipped is that great of quality.
