Coolmaster WaveMaster door vibrating

I have a WaveMaster and the left side door (main door) seem to rattle/vibrate alot in response to constant HD use or DVD drive use. I can push inward on the door and the sounds go away. Does anyone else have this problem with their WaveMaster? How can I get rid of the sound? All screws are tight and the door is on correctly. Thanks.

is it a window? if not then you could get some alaska adhesive foam... or just try to put some foam or tape in between the parts where its rattling... raptors are very shaky...

I used to have that problem when I first got mine 2 years ago. I just kept the door swung open.

After awhile, I closed the door and there's no more vibrating.

Operandi: Sorry, the side panel, not the front door.

Problem solved. The bottom thumbscrew on the left side panel was extremely tight. I loosened it a bit and the sound went away. I have been using the 3520A continuously for about 2 weeks (ripping my CDs) so the constant usage must have shifted things slightly.

One thing I noticed originally about this case is the left side panel door does not fit perfectly. The bottom screw hole is always farther away from the chassis than the top screw hole. If I screwed the bottom screw in too much the nice glossly paint would start to crack. Happened on two of my cases and a friends case.
