I just recently set up my New computer that I bought for myself. I was wondering how I can check the internal temperature and what environments and such to do so in. Thank you in advance.
 
There's a lot of software that does this, as well as the bios. When running the POST, enter Bios setup, and you should see the temp readings.

This is dumb. But how do I run POST? I need like a play by play. I am a laptop boy . ..
