Cooling Woes

Current rig:

CPU: Q6600 G0 @ Stock
HSF: Glacialtech 5750 Silent
Mobo: Asus P5E
Case: Rosewill R5604-BK
Fans: 1x 120mm Front Unknown Brand, came with case; 1x 120mm Back Scythe S-FLEX D
Video Card: BFG 8800GT OC @ Stock OC
Hard Drive: WD 320 Single Platter

For some reason my temperatures are a bit ridiculous, but computer is stable according to prime95 and OCCT, and I never get any graphical issues even though the GPU could boil water.

Ambient Temp: 75-85F
CPU: 35-42C Idle / 58-63C Load (depending on ambient)
Video Card: 73-76C Idle / 93-100C Full Load (depending on ambient)

In HWMonitor, SYSTIN is ~47C usually (seems really high, esp since CPU is so much lower, but these sensors are often unreliable), and CPUTIN is ~26C.

I purchased a 92mm Panaflo for the side to move more air in, since removing my side panel lowered temperatures 5C or so. After installing it, temperatures are exactly the same with and without it running, and it was fairly loud, so I removed it.

Not sure where to go from here. Originally the CPU would idle around 35C and Load around 70C with an AC Freezer Pro, so I replaced it with the Glacialtech and now it's 40C Idle and 60C load, so I consider that a nice improvement.

Video card is still crazy hot, and I suspect that is the main reason everything else is so hot. I am unwilling to replace the video card at the moment, as DX11 cards are a few months away, and I'd like to see the price/performance on them before I buy a new one. However, because I do plan on upgrading it soon I don't want to buy an aftermarket cooler for it either.

My last resort is buying a high CFM fan for the back exhaust and hoping that fixes all my problems. Maybe another fast one for the intake later on. Is my case just crap in terms of airflow or is my video card just hotter than it should be?

Thanks,

Mills
