Cooling the Soltek qbic eq3401m

I want to find out what solutions are there to cool down the eq3401m. Bigger fan or something? Are there any devices out there that i can buy to make a big difference in order to have better circulation in temperature drop for the internal of the case? I'm using pentium celeron 2.4ghz as my cpu if that makes a difference. Can anyone out there give me any suggestions?
