It's around the size of a shoebox, we're basing it off a dorm room freezer. Using freon, it chills air to 28 degrees fahrenheit, circulating it through the PC. There's a moisture capture loop that prevents interior frozen precipitation. The case will require a lot of insulation. Bolted on, it should look rather smooth.

Nah, sounds like it would cool the whole interior of the PC, not just the CPU. Kinda like people who have been building computers into those small refridgerators, but instead of using the refridgerator itself as the computer case, the computer case is used as the refridgerater with the same cooling setup.
