Cooling suggestion for Winchester...

Hi Guys,
I am running the stock cooler on a Winchester 3000+ running on a MSI Neo2 Platinum in a Sonata case.
I have cool & quiet enabled, currently my CPU idles at 50c and goes as high as 55-60 when I am playing games. What are my best options around 30$? It should be easy to install and quiet.
Also I don't OC so that is not an issue.

50C @ idle is too high especially for the 3000+ You need to take a look at your HSF and make sure proper contact is being made to the cpu. But for $30 you could get this-->http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/sidewindercomputers/thxpforforin.html
You will need a 90/92mm fan and if you are not going to OC then you could try this -->http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/sidewindercomputers/pa92ulqu.html
Very quiet fan w/ good cfms. After shipping your probably looking at close to $50, but this is about the best/quietest/reasonably priced air cooling solution period. G-luck 🙂

My CPU was installed by Mwave (I bought the MB, CPU, Memory package) so I am not sure if they did not install it right or put thermal compound. I have some artic silver, so I might try to add that to the stock HSF and see if that makes a difference.
I tried once, but I could not figure out how the unmount the HSF and I was too lazy to search for my manuals.
