Cooling suggestion for a 700e on a CUSL2???

Can anyone tell me what they think is the best solution for my setup, I'm basically worried about proper fitting units, as I've heard sometimes certain heatsinks require shaving or bending things on the motherboard and I don't want to do that.
I have access to a FOP38, do I have any better options?
