Cooling Requirements for XP 2000+ ??

I have an SVC GC-68 on order with the free Artic Alumina they give you. I also have Panaflo 80mm LA1 fans coming. I haven't ordered a CPU yet but want something in the 1800+ to 2000+ range.

Would the SVC SC-68 -- LA1 -- Artic Alumina combination be sufficient for an non-overclocked XP2000+?
 
Whats the output on the Panaflo? I bought my GC-68 from svcompucycle.com with the YS-Tech 48.5cfm fan, and the site says that it can handle an XP 2000.
