Cooling Reccomendations?

My CPUs are beggining to become unstable due to the weather heating up, computer restarting while gaming. I have 1.4ghz with a Global Win FOP 38 and a 1.3ghz with Vantec something. Also using arctic silver2. I was wondering what would be the best choice to get from here: http://www.gbcomp.com/cooler.htm

That store looks a little pricey, why not buy two Thermalright SK-6'S FOR 25 BUCKS .

Only reason i picked that site is because it saves me some money since i'm in Canada and those prices are CDN :-/

Not a real big choice there as far as quality, high performance HS's go but other than the obvious of the Swiftech, I'd go for the Global Win CAK38 copper HSF with the high speed fan.
Have you looked at SVC as a possible place to shop? I'm not sure what their cost would be to Canada but they are pretty fair with shipping costs; much more so than others. They also have the SVC Golden Gate 40 for just $12.99 US or about $19.98 Canadian. Even if you pay a bit for shipping you would have a better HS for less money. Just a thought.
