Can i use a slot fan for the REAR FAN if so it will be this one (this one) and than use this one for the one that goes in front (in front) . Or do i need two of the 80mm? for front and rear heres my case.

(my case= Included Fans: None, Optional Fan bays: 2 X 80mm (front & rear)

You'll get better cooling by mounting an 80mm fan in the area behind the CPU, so that it can suck the hot exhaust from the heatsink out of the case. You may or may not need to bother with a fan in the front; most of the time they can't get very much airflow due to very small openings, so they don't make much difference and add a lot of noise.

A slot cooler would be useful perhaps if you have a very hot video card, since it could suck hot air off of it, but it's not generally necessary. If you use it anywhere but right beside the video card, it could end up sucking cool air out instead of hot, since hot air rises above the bottom.

Yes, exhaust means blowing on your hand behind the case. You probably won't need anything beyond that, if you're not currently experiencing any problems from heat.

Thermaltake smart fans would be fine, but I personally don't see the point to special types of fans. Just get a fan that blows some good air and isn't too loud, or a loud fan with a lot of airflow if you don't mind the noise. Panaflo L1A fans are quite good, they blow a decent amount of air and are essentially silent. The "Famous Brand" type you linked to before would work fine too, but I wouldn't know how loud they are or how reliable. Panaflo's are only 9 or 10 dollars, and are known to be reliable and quiet. Vantec Stealth fans are also spoken well of, and a lot of others that I just don't pay attention to. :)

Whatever you get, make sure the connector is what you can use. 3 pin connectors go on motherboard headers, while 4 pin connectors use the power supply cables like a hard drive. Some fans have an adapter so you can use either type. Panaflo fans also don't usually have RPM monitoring, so pay attention to that if you'd like that feature when using the motherboard connector.

I'm not sure about the Top Motor fans you linked. They're somewhat louder than is needed for this application, and so cheap that I'd be really concerned about the reliability. They're also sleeve bearing, which is less reliable overall than ball bearing.

You may or may not feel warm air. Changing the fan setup changes how the air circulates and stuff. Plus, if you get the air flowing well enough, the air doesn't have time to get very hot before it comes out, whereas with bad airflow it sits inside the case getting really warm before it gets blown out. As long as the CPU temp goes down, don't worry about it.
