i own a geforce 4 ti-4200 (the albatron to be exact - details). the card comes at a stock speed of 250/513. amazingly i have been able to overclock this thing to 300/600. everything is stable except when i touch the back of the of the card's processor it is hot and the ram is somewhat warm, but not hot. i would like to invest in better cooling. i need cooling for the processor and the ram. please recommend some cooling hardware for my video card. :)

if you want better cooling for your core get a thermaltake Geforce 4 cooler and some ramsinks. That will allow you to oc quite abit more :) If you want to get even higher ocs then you should attach a CPU cooler (Thermal Take golden orbs work well...) with thermal epoxy.
