Cooling on Video Card

Just curious.
I am looking to buy either the Asus or MSI 9550 video cards.
The MSI looks like it uses passive cooling while the Asus uses a fan to cool the chip.
What is the better way to go?

I'd go with the ASUS just because it's got a fan on it. Otherwise, if you hate loud systems you can go with the passive cooling on that MSI.

The case has good airflow. I can't remember the exact model number of the case as it's 3 1/2 years old but sx 1080 comes to mind. (I'm probably wrong) A full tower with 4 80 mm fans going.
