Cooling needed

Make sure your case has atleast 2 120mm fans. Use the heatsinks and such that come with your cpu, mobo, and graphics card.
 
Oh, overclocking. Post your system so we can give you recommendations. The water/air debate depends on how much you want to spend to get the best overclock. Also, tell us how much you value performance over quietness and vice versa.
 
For moderate overclocking on C2D, i.e. around 50% for 6300 and 6400 and 30% for 6600, you just need air cool (unless you live in a steaming jungle). Try Sunbeam Silent Whisper! It's just like arctic cool 7 pro but much cheapter!!
