Cooling my case

I am getting the ANTEC ALUMINUM SERIES LAN BOY MINI TOWER CASE Model# LANBOY w/ Antec 350W SmartBLUE POWER SUPPLY, Clear Side Acrylic Window. It has 2 open 80mm fan spaces with no fans.

I need 2 fans but was wondering why LED fans were cheaper than standard fans?
What are some good brand fans to provide a nice amout of airflow and are under a budget of $50 ( dont include shipping in the total)?

As for the LED fans being cheaper than "standard" fans, we need to know what brand the fans are. Or if the LED fans are on sale. Also, do you want LED fans or non-LED fans? Is noise an issue for you or no? Also, you might try the cases and cooling forum for better, targeted help.
