I'm considering mod'ing my Aopen HQ08, Duron 650@900 w. FOP32 setup as follows:
Removing the fan in the PSU (loud as hell), mounting a Sunon 80 mm fan on the PSU blowing air from the case into the PSU. The fan will draw air through the FOP, the two being connected by a lenght of flex tubing. The FOP itself will be without a fan, I'll mount the tubing on a cardboard adapter and put it about halfway down on the FOP forcing the air to flow past as much of the sink as possible.
Thus the Duron/FOP will be cooled by a 80mm Sunon drawing air through it, and the PSU will be cooled by the same Sunon blowing the air into it.
