this is my first build and I am kind of lost in the cooling.

Here is what i have.

I also bought Thermaltake big water cooler

I have no idea how I am going to set all these up.

I don't know how to wire all these fans.
how should I wire them?
I don't know which fan I should use to draw cool air in and which fan to use to draw the hot air out.

Please help me.

Front-to-back airflow is usually best. So have the front fan blow towards the rear of the case, and the rear fan exhausting out the back.
