cooling for x800xl

I am suspecting that my system is locking up due to heat on the video card.
Memtest86 did not have any errors for 2.5 hours of running.

what is a suitable cooling solution for a x800xl?

Arctic Cooling ATi Silencer 5 rev.2

I wouldnt recommend this for the complete novice, but if you have some experience with this sort of thing you should be ok.
