not sure what to spend here throw me a few ideal ?

I am not sure what's the pricing on something good.. 60$ around that ? I won;t be doing any OC unless the cpu is worth OCing and the board can handle it.

I have this:
http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=8_129&item_id=060891

And fan is not exceeding 1000RPMs in OCCT @4,2 GHZ

I guess this is a better cooler for better price if you can get rebate:

13,9'C vs 19,9'C on 125W platform with comparable noise levels - Zalman is quieter by 3dB

What board are you using ?

OK, what board do you have or planing on buying ??

I was thinking of getting the below.

CPU - AMD X6 FX-6300 (95W) Six-Core Socket AM3+, 3.5GHz

CPU cooling - I need advice if you can point one out from the site above thanks.

Ram - ADATA XPG V1 Series Black 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 DIMMs (AX3U1600W4G9-DB)

Motherboard - ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 Socket AM3+

But if that CPU OC well with a different board i would like to know.

This asrock has 5 Phase VRM under heatsink, while my asus only 4 without cooling (which causes VRM overheating and throttling in OCCT on default clocks!)

I have also MSI 760g-p43(fx) with 5 Phase VRM (without heatsink) which works great. FX6300 at 4,4GHz in OCCT without any issues.

I guess ASRock 970 Extreme3 is perfect match for the FX6300 and should have room for overclocking.

I will get teh asrock and see what it can do.

I bought a Corsair H60 water cooler from Canada Computers, for that exact CPU. It cost me $50 (yes, it was on sale).

It's so efficient - and so quiet! - I'd have a hard time recommending anything else.

Many people swear by the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, but it wasn't a suitable option for me, because it didn't fit in my Bitfenix Outlaw case. I also have a Zalman CNPS10X Performa in another rig, cooling a Quad Phenom. Great cooler, too, but it's even bigger than the 212!

And, in the end, when the difference between the Performa and a watercooling kit is $15, why bother?

Looking at the watercooling kits - http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?cPath=8_135&bsort=0&brand=0&price=1&location=0 - the very first result shows you can get a ZALMAN LQ-310 for $40 (after rebate)... It seems to get really nice Newegg reviews, so I'd say go with it.
