Cooling for Pentium4 775

I'm getting a P4 775 and thinking of chaging the stock heatsink and fan to something else. I wanted the Zalman 7700 but it is heavier than the limit weight...
I see the Thermalright XP90 and XP120 are at the right weight, but they are a little more expensive (and come without a fan).
Has anyone had problems with the weight of the Zalman?
Assuming the weight isn't an issue, which of these is better?
How noisy and effective is the stock cooling?
Thanks.

Edit: I forgot to mention US sites like Newegg are irelevant since they only accept american credit cards (in PayPal payments too) and the shipping would probably cost more than the heatsink.
