Cooling for my Corsair 200R?

I'm going to buy this case. I'm using an i5 with integrated video. So it won't generate much heat (no video card). Is the case default cooling sufficient or should I add any case fans?

Is it also advisable to use Arctic Silver 5 for my i5 or is the included OEM thermal pad fine?
