Cooling for AMD 64 2800+

Alright,

It's me again. And i'm here to ask you if this will be enough to cool the AMD 64 2800+. A Thermaltake Venus 12 CPU Cooler And Arctic Thermal Paste. Will that be enough? Do i have to get something extra? Because I'm purchasing the OEM version of AMD 64 2800+. Thanks in advance.
